Garlic and Herb Compound Butter
Equipment
- 1 Mixing bowl
- 1 Plastic wrap
Ingredients
- 1 lb Unsalted Butter 4 – 8oz sticks of butter
- 1 tbsp Chopped Basil
- 1 tsp Crushed Red Paper Flakes
- 2 tsp Rosemary
- 2 tsp Thyme
- 2 tsp Chopped Parsley
- 3 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add in the soften butter, chopped basil, parsley, rosemary, thyme, garlic, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice.
- Using a fork combine all the ingredients
- Move the butter compound to the plastic wrap and roll into a butter log shape.
- Place the butter in the refrigerator until use.
