This Pizza is one of our families all-time favorite breakfast recipes and one of my favorite breakfasts. This simple recipe, tasty, and crunchy recipe will be a hit at any family breakfast or brunch. Follow the recipe below and mix and match your favorite toppings!

How to Make your Breakfast Pizza:

You can create your own Pizza Dough or purchase from your local pizzeria or grocery store.

Start off by preheating your oven to 425℉. While its heating start to work your dough using hands and a roller if needed into a 12″ circle. Once the dough stays put and is no longer pulling back in roll the edges to form a crust. Bake the dough for about 5-8 minutes and remove from the oven.

While the dough is baking, in a large pan cook your 8 slices of bacon and set aside. In a small bowl mix your eggs, salt, black pepper, and milk using a whisk. In a medium pan, add the butter and allow to melt before adding the eggs. Rotate and mix the eggs until slightly under cooked, remove from the pan and add on top of the the baked dough. Using a cutting board, dice your Jalapeno Pepper, 1/2 Red Onion, and Bacon. If you are not using shredded cheese, use a grater to grate the cheese. Add the cheese to the top of the eggs then sprinkle you mixture of peppers, onion, and bacon on top.

Place the constructed pizza back into the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes, turning on the broiler for the last minute. Be sure to spin the pizza a few times while the broiler on and continue to watch to ensure it does not burn.

Once fully cooked, remove from the oven, cut, and serve!
