Equipment

  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Plastic wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Unsalted Butter 4 – 8oz sticks of butter
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Basil
  • 1 tsp Crushed Red Paper Flakes
  • 2 tsp Rosemary
  • 2 tsp Thyme
  • 2 tsp Chopped Parsley
  • 3 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl add in the soften butter, chopped basil, parsley, rosemary, thyme, garlic, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice.
  • Using a fork combine all the ingredients
  • Move the butter compound to the plastic wrap and roll into a butter log shape.
  • Place the butter in the refrigerator until use.
