Marinated Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Skirt Steak or Flank Steak
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Agave or Honey
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Cilantro
  • 2 Juice of a lime

Instructions

  • In a bowl or bag, mix together all the marinade ingredients. Oil, Worcestershire Sauce, Agave. Minced Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes, Cumin, Cilantro, and Lime Juice.
  • Add the steak to the bowl / bag and put in the refrigerator over night (you can marinate for less time but the longer its marinating the better)
  • Remove the steak from the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to cooking.
  • Heat your griddle (or griddle pan on the stove) to a medium-high heat.
  • Cook your steak for 2-4 minutes per side.
  • Remove your steak from the heat and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes on a cutting board or plate.
  • Slice into 1/4" slices against the grain and enjoy your steak!
