Marinated Steak

- 2 lbs Skirt Steak or Flank Steak
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp Agave or Honey
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Cilantro
- 2 Juice of a lime
In a bowl or bag, mix together all the marinade ingredients. Oil, Worcestershire Sauce, Agave. Minced Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes, Cumin, Cilantro, and Lime Juice.
Add the steak to the bowl / bag and put in the refrigerator over night (you can marinate for less time but the longer its marinating the better)
Remove the steak from the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to cooking.
Heat your griddle (or griddle pan on the stove) to a medium-high heat.
Cook your steak for 2-4 minutes per side.
Remove your steak from the heat and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes on a cutting board or plate.
Slice into 1/4" slices against the grain and enjoy your steak!
