- 1-3 Rack of your favorite Pork Rib
- 1 Bottle Mustard
- 1 Bottle Your favorite pork rub
Preheat: Preheat your smoker to 250℉
Prepping your Ribs: Using a boning knife lift up the corner of the membrane on the back of the ribs and firmly pull to remove the membrane. Trim any excess fat off the ribs as needed.
Seasoning: Coat both sides of your ribs using the mustard to create a binder, then season both sides of the ribs using your favorite pork rub.
Smoke: Place your ribs bone down on the smoker and allow your ribs to cook for approximately 5 hours. Rotate your ribs halfway through. You will know when your ribs are done when the reach an internal temperature of 203℉.
Rest: Remove your ribs from the smoker and allow to rest for 15-30 minutes. You can also keep them in a holding over at 140℉ until you are ready to serve.
Serve: After allowing your ribs time to rest, carefully slice and serve!
